My Sentimental Antiques

These are some of the things that I had with me throughout my career or rather had travelled the long and challenging journey with me .. and believe this!

It's 20 Years now!!

My very fist name tag during my 2nd year of service. Now it's still hanging beautifully in my car.

This one is rather special. It's a present and a good luck charm from a good friend when she went to Japan for her holidays. That's when I bought my very first car, a 2nd hand Mazda 626 which served me well for more than 5 years before I got my 2nd car, a Proton wira.

It's still hanging faithfully in my 3rd Car, a Proton Waja Campro.

This key holder was given to me by my Dad about 18 years ago. It's still in prime condition and I am still using it.

If anybody is interested, I am willing to part with it if the offer is right. Make your offer in the comment box with your Email address and I shall contact you.

This mug had been with me throughout my 20 years of service. It's been given to me by my Sister when I started working with this company. It had travelled the length of Malaysia and eveything tastes much better when it's being drank from this mug.

I know! I know! I am just a hopeless sentimental guy.

I have a cup just like your mug.
It has the same speciality. Everything tastes better when drunk from it :P

Hi Uncle Jimmy,

Nah, you're no sentimental guy. A sentimental guy would never part with something he's had from 18 years ago and given to him by his dad, whatever the price!

My dad gave me a gold chain many years ago when he got my mum a bracelet. I don't wear it because it's thick and I am worried at the attention it would get (paranoid!). Anyway, I'm not a gold fan much, except for thin, light bracelets.

My family did suggest I sell it back to the shop and get a light bracelet I like and maybe matching earrings, but nah. It was dad's gift to me. I'll keep it even if I don't wear it! And someday, I'll pass it on...=)

Yes! Daphne...

My most precious posession is a jade pendant that my Mum wore for as long as I could remember. THIS .. I will never part even for a million Euro.. hehe :)
