We had a wonderful sushi based dinner to welcome 2008. My lovely wife, as usual, coordinated the whole affair and we troubled the Elders again at their home where the dinner were held.
There were about twenty of us and the Japanese food treat were a brilliant idea and was rather refreshing to everyone. Most of the ingredients were of organic in origin which is both super delicious and healthy as well. We also have on hand a few bottles of sparkling juice to go with the food.
We did not wait till midnight to welcome the New Year but with everything going so smoothly and great, we can certainly hope and wish for better things to come in 2008.
